Second Annual Forward in Health Golf Tournament a huge success

Group of those attending the golf tournament who have traveled with FIH to Haiti. Each was given a 6 pack of Prestige Haitian Beer

 70 golfers had a great time golfing and helping FIH as we near completion of our mission; bringing healthcare to the people of Fondfred, Haiti. Thanks to The Winchendon School for all that they did to make this a success. The tournament was held at the Winchendon School Golf Course and they were all very generous and hard working.

 For the record:

The first place team from Townsend, MA scored a 57. The team consisted of Mike Harnett, Cathy Walmsley, Jimmy Walmsley & FIH board member and frequent traveler to Haiti Sandy Hartnett. As always Sandy you did FIH proud!

The second place team scored a 59. The team and last years winners from Boucher Funeral Home consisted of Andrew Boucher, Paul Cormier, Larry Walsh & Josh Letendre.

The third place team scored a 60 from The Winchendon School consisted of Adrian Clewlow, Mel Clewlow, Todd Bucklin & Sean Duncan.

70 Golfers participated. There was a chance to win a new car for a hole-in-one and 15 golfers participated in a putting contest for $25,000. Sorry to say no winners.

Will let everyone know when the tournament will be held next year once we have a date.
