Student Trip From The Winchendon School

The first 4 days of the student group from The Winchendon School traveling with Forward in Health to Les Cayes, Haiti has been all that was hoped for. The students have sanded and painted all of the beds at a nursing home, shopped at the Les Cayes market and then cooked a meal "Haitian style" for the residents of a nursing home, spent a day with a local orphanage, and today worked with a local organization, CapraCare, providing a day of activities for 110 children living in the neighborhood of our medical clinic. They had planned for 30 children, so provisions were stretched to accommodate everyone. The students are having a life changing time!

I'm wondering if the entire funding come from charitable help.

Haiti could do well with some vested interest investment.
